SENATE HEALTH, EDUCATION, LABOR & PENSIONS COMMITTEE ROSTER

As previously indicated, next Tuesday, March 27, 2007, the Senate Health, Education, Labor & Pensions Committee will conduct hearings on the Employee Free Choice Act. According to the Committee's website, the Democrat members of the Senate Health, Education, Labor & Pensions Committee are as follows, by rank:

In the 109th Congress, Sen. Kennedy introduced a previous version of the Employee Free Choice Act, then known as S. 842. The only Senators listed above who did not sign on as co-sponsors in 2005 were Sens. Sanders and Brown -- both of whom were co-sponsors of its companion legislation while serving at that time in the House of Representatives.
