"MARKETPLACE" COMMENTARY ON E.F.C.A. BY KMB PARTNER SETH BORDEN ON NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO

KMB Partner Seth Borden delivered a commentary on the recently passed “Employee Free Choice Act” (H.R. 800) on National Public Radio’s Marketplace program on March 2, 2007.
